Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the order.

You must ensure the details are correct before paying for your order.
The business name on any debit card or credit card statement will be SP TOTES & TREES B.

By providing us with payment information, the Customer authorises our use and access to their chosen payment method. The Customer also authorises us to charge the full amount before processing the order.

• We reserve the right to cancel your order whenever necessary. We will grant you a full refund if we cancel your order and have already processed your payment. Customers are responsible for monitoring their payment method to confirm the refund receipt.

The order(s) purchased by the Customer will be delivered using one of the following methods and services:

If the order is delayed, the Customer will be notified by email or any other contact details provided at the time of the purchase.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct name and address of the recipient. We are not responsible for delivering your order to the incorrect address or the mistaken recipient because you provided us with wrong or invalid information.

If you purchase an order for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes requested by the destination country. It is your responsibility to pay import duties and taxes applied by the destination country.
Risk or damage to, or loss of, any of the products will pass to you when the order has been delivered to your/recipient's address.
